New Sales Centre Opens at Spinners Brook

KINGSWOOD Homes is opening the doors to its new sales centre at Spinners Brook, Hoddlesden, this weekend.

Located in the picturesque village of Hoddlesden, Spinners Brook has already been hugely popular since sales were launched and from Saturday March 4th, the sales centre will be the first port-of-call for potential home buyers interested in the development.

Visitors will be able to look at images, explore options to personalise their interiors and find out more the housebuilders industry-leading concept Shape Your Home that lets customers choose home layouts.

The sales centre will be open from Thursday-Monday, usually from 10am to 5pm. It is a precursor to two show homes that are expected to open in the autumn.

Lesley Myers, sales director at Kingswood Homes said: “It’s great that we now have a presence on site at Spinners Brook. I think just driving up to the development will be a huge selling point as would-be customers will see the views for themselves. We are also counting down to our show homes opening.”

The show homes will be a fully furnished five-bedroom detached Farmhouse 5 and visitors will also have the chance to virtually explore a four-bedroom Weaver 4. Using gaming technology, customers canexperience a 360-degree virtual tour offering the ability to “look” inside the home and garden before anything is built.

At Spinners Brook, the award-winning house styles will range from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom family homes. The 7.2 acre site, named fittingly after the former Vernon Carus Mill on which the site sits, will offer 79 new homes including the rare chance to own a brand new bungalow.

Externally, the design of the homes, from Kingswood’s Farmstead Range, draws upon the area’s social and industrial history, inspired by the rural vernacular and will offer stunning countryside views.

Hoddlesden has a village shop/deli and a local pub on the village green and is ideally situated close to the M65 and the M6, with easy access to Blackburn, Preston and Manchester.
