‘Rising star’ Andrew promoted to partner at Napthens

Andrew, a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team, takes up the role of partner immediately, following five years working with the firm.

Following his promotion, Andrew will support the growing East Lancashire team based in the firm’s Blackburn office. Andrew was recently listed as a ‘rising star’ in the industry bible, Legal500, and praised for his ‘amazing’ work, particularly in shareholder-related litigation.

Andrew said: “I am delighted to undertake this new role. I have been lucky to work with some excellent staff across the whole Napthens family and am looking forward to continuing that growth across the North West over the coming years.”

Shru Morris, CEO at Napthens, said: “Andrew’s hard work and expertise have greatly strengthened our dispute management service and supported David Bailey and the litigation team in providing a truly valuable service for our commercial clients. He has been instrumental in helping us to grow the Blackburn litigation team and will lead the charge to help us grow our presence in East Lancashire.

“We are always keen to reward excellent service and I am happy to be the first to congratulate him on his well-deserved promotion.”
