New Appointments and Promotion at Northern Industrial

Northern Industrial has made two new appointments and one promotion in its sales and customer service team to support ongoing expansion.

Keith Gledhill joins as Customer Service Account Manager, Clive Piercy as Sales Account Manager, while Lydia Chatterton has been promoted to the same team from her existing role as Marketing & Sales Assistant.

Blackburn-based Northern Industrial is a multi-award-winning provider of new, reconditioned and obsolete parts and repair services, exporting to 146 countries.

Keith Gledhill has 15 years’ experience in customer service and over 25 years’ leadership and management experience with previous roles in telecoms and technology. Clive Piercy also brings multiple years of sales support experience, primarily in the telecoms industry. Lydia Chatterton first joined the company as a Marketing Apprentice in 2018.

Northern Industrial managing director David Lenehan said: “We’re really pleased to welcome Keith and Clive to Northern Industrial and to promote Lydia into a new role based on her dedication and hard work since joining us as an apprentice.

“We work across the world to help manufacturing and engineering organisations avoid expensive downtime during stressful breakdown situations.

“Our Customer Service team are at the forefront of our mission to help keep businesses worldwide running, providing spare parts from over 1,350 manufacturers, covering over 200,000 part numbers and approximately £10m in stock. They also assist customers worldwide with our new ground-breaking SparesVault™ subscription-based spares and repairs service aimed at helping businesses keep downtime to an absolute minimum.”
