Growing HR consultancy looks to find its voice with Fifty2M PR contract award

NORI HR and Employment Law, a fast-growing family business based in Accrington, Lancashire, has handed its first ever PR contract to Preston’s Fifty2M, which will be responsible for all aspects of the firm’s publicity.

After a record year of growth, the husband and wife team behind NORI HR and Employment Law now has ambitious plans to scale further and faster.

Fifty2M has been hired to help boost awareness of the company’s HR consultancy offering whilst highlighting how it differs from its major national rivals.

Amrita Govindji-Bruce, joint managing director, said: “As we continue to grow, it’s important to us that clients understand just how different we are to other companies in our sector.

“Small and medium-sized businesses are among those that need our support the most, but they’re often put off by horror stories of over-priced services, lengthy contractual lock-in periods, and ‘cut-and-paste’ employment documents from some of the more established players.

“We couldn’t be more different. With help from Fifty2M, we want to use our voice to challenge the assumption that all outsourced HR providers are the same, and ensure that the values we’ve chosen to build our business on continue to shine through even as we get bigger.”

Founder and managing director at Fifty2M, Lee Petts, added: “We’re really pleased to be working with the team at NORI HR. There’s no doubt that poor practice elsewhere in the sector has created a perception problem that prevents smaller businesses buying-in much needed HR support. As well as helping to raise awareness of the NORI HR brand in its target markets, we’ll be seeking to change opinions too.”
