Vincents opens second Lytham office

Vincents Solicitors has opened a new office in Lytham, its second in the town, to cater for its growing corporate and commercial department. The office at Jubilee House in East Beach will be home to the firm’s Fylde Coast corporate hub, supporting business clients across the area.

The original Vincents branch in Park Street will now focus entirely on personal legal services, with the private client, residential property, and family law teams remaining in the town centre location.

The launch of the second office will allow Vincents’ commercial department to continue its rapid expansion. The team has doubled in size over the last year and recruitment is continuing.

It will provide a base for Matthew Scott, who joined the firm as head of corporate law in 2018, and his team of five, alongside commercial property and corporate litigation specialists from across the business.

Matthew said: “The growth of this department and the increasing business from corporate clients on the Fylde Coast was putting pressure on the space available in the original office, so we’re moving out to ensure both the commercial and personal services teams have the room they need to operate and welcome clients in comfort.

“Jubilee House provides the ideal location for us to service business clients across the Fylde Coast, Preston and West Lancashire. It provides all the facilities a corporate client would expect, with good accessibility and proximity to both Preston and Blackpool, and puts us at the heart of Lytham’s professional services hub.”

Chris Mathews, head of Vincents’ Lytham office, added: “While the commercial department has moved to new premises, the personal services teams will remain right here in Park Street where everyone knows us.

“When it comes to wills and trusts, divorce and custody arrangements, moving house or advice on planning for care, it’s important for us to be easily available for our clients and we think we do that best by being in the centre of town where they can pop by anytime.”
