PFP Energy targets commercial growth with rebrand

Preston based, PFP Energy, has bolstered its commercial offering with a rebrand and a new commercial website.

The new website for commercial energy customers provides a transparent and informative platform for the firm’s energy customers, giving them access to an improved customer portal, a document centre, a jargon explainer and a news hub.

As well as introducing the website and customer portals, PFP Energy has rebranded its commercial business. The new look features more teal colouring, separating it from the orange themed residential side of the business.

Established in 2014, PFP Energy now has over 100 employees with 50,000 residential customers and over 2,600 commercial customers. The customer-focused firm strives to provide the best energy deals to its clients across the UK.

Hannah Wake, Lead Project Manager, PFP Energy, said: “This digital transformation project was put in place to represent our continued commitment to offering the best customer experience to all our customers. Our commercial customers can now access a wealth of information via the new website, giving them greater transparency”.

Natalie Brundish, Head of Commercial Operations, is keen to continue with the growth of the commercial side of the business and is looking forward to providing a unique service to all of PFP Energy’s customers with their new customer portals and TPI/Broker support.

Natalie has agreed that as part of the enhanced commercial offering, PFP Energy are giving a £100 account credit incentive to any new commercial customer that comes to them directly.
