Harry Feeney Toyota Blackpool wins international award

Harry Feeney Toyota Blackpool has been named one of Toyota’s finest retailers in Europe, receiving an Ichiban award from the manufacturer for its excellent performance in customer recommendations for its sales and after sales service.

The award, a first-time success for the business, signals its leading status in the automotive retail industry, being one of just 45 businesses to be honoured from among more than 2,500 eligible Toyota retailers from across Europe. The business is a family concern and has been a Toyota retailer since 1992. It operates from premises in Vicarage Road, Blackpool and covers the Fylde Coast and surrounding area.

Andrew Harrison, Centre Principal, was presented with the trophy by Dr Johan van Zyl, President and CEO of Toyota Motor Europe, at a ceremony in Evian, France, last week.

He said: “I am immensely proud of every member of the Harry Feeney team, who collectively share this award. Exceptional customer service is our leading priority and we are committed to delivering a fantastic customer experience, ensuring every one of our clients feels we have gone the extra mile to cater for their needs. This award is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication. They are passionate in what they do and truly live the core values of the Toyota brand.”
