CUBE HR holds masterclass for local businesses

Burnley-based Human Resources specialist, CUBE HR, has held an engaging masterclass.

Taking place at Burnley Football Club, the masterclass welcomed a diverse range of local businesses and business leaders. The event covered the law, basic contract principles, disciplinary procedures, grievance, absence and contract variations.

The masterclass also featured an array of engaging activities, allowing guests to put into practise their new-found knowledge of HR, including a case study investigation, following a fight between two colleagues.

Lisa Sourbutts, Managing Director, CUBE HR, said: “Those who attended the masterclass learned valuable information that they can put into practise in their own workplaces. The attendees responded really well to the engaging and interactive masterclass, with the response questionnaires highlighting overwhelming positive feedback.

“Following the success of this masterclass, I’ll be holding another in a few months’ time, giving more business leaders and HR professionals, the opportunity to learn more about HR and keep their skills and knowledge up to date.”
