TiE, the international entrepreneurs’ network, in association with the Blackburn Cathedral Appeal, is to hold an insightful talk with business leader, Imran Hakim.
Imran (35) is one of the North’s leading entrepreneurs, having been named in the top 40 entrepreneurs under 35, by Growing Business and in 2018, the Hakim Group was named the number one company to work for in the UK.
To be held at Blackburn Cathedral on 4 April at 5:30pm, the event will be an opportunity for the Lancashire business community to asks questions of and gain valuable information, from an award winning business person, who has secured the backing of Dragon’s Den stars, Peter Jones and Theo Paphitis.
Establishing his first business aged 15, Imran began trading computer equipment, selling to college lecturers and the local community. Since qualifying as an optometrist, Imran has built a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, including iTeddy, which is sold in over 45 countries.
