Anwyl Homes Lancashire expands further

Anwyl Homes Lancashire continues to expand and has acquired 3.62 hectares of land in St Helens for a stunning new residential development of 82 high quality homes.

Situated on Lowfield Lane, the new site named Lea Grange is the first development in St Helens for the award-winning housebuilder.

Having already received planning consent, Anwyl will start construction in April/May, transforming the site with a superb range of three bedroom semi-detached homes and a mix of three and four bedroom detached houses.

Each property will be thoughtfully designed to offer aesthetically attractive exteriors whilst boasting a modern interior that reflects the latest in living trends, including open-plan kitchen diners with French doors that open up into the rear garden, utility rooms offering plenty of storage and en suite shower rooms.

To compliment the local area, Anwyl will ensure the development features plenty of mature trees and extensive landscaping, particularly along Lowfield Lane, as well as the provision of open space within the development itself.

Well positioned next to the M62 motorway and St Helens Linkway, less than three miles from the centre of St Helens and with several train stations close by, this new development is conveniently located for those with a commute.

Furthermore, with scenic woodland and parkland close by, as well as a number of golf clubs and other leisure facilities, it is perfectly placed for family life.

John Grime, managing director at Anwyl Homes Lancashire, says: “We are delighted to confirm our latest land acquisition and our first piece of land in St Helens.  The plans look superb and we are looking forward to getting started on site, introducing the Anwyl brand and our thoughtfully designed homes to potential purchasers in the area.

“With a heritage in housebuilding spanning more than 85 years, Anwyl Homes is renowned for delivering high quality properties that feature a superior specification.  The product that we are offering at Lea Grange will be appealing to young professionals, families, first-time-buyers and those looking to downsize, and we are confident that this new development will exceed all expectations.”
