Award-winning Slater Gordon Solutions Motor moves home in boost for Blackpool

Award-winning business Slater Gordon Solutions Motor is relocating to new offices as part of an investment drive to cater for growing demand for its services.

A total of 250 employees will be moving to purpose-built offices at Bickerstaffe House, on Talbot Road, Blackpool, from the company’s current base at Blackpool Business Park.

Slater Gordon Solutions Motor partners with a number of major motor and insurance industry leaders. It helps tens of thousands of customers each year following road traffic accidents, guiding them through the claim process and ensuring they get back on the road quickly.

Stuart Russell, chief operating officer, said: “This is fantastic news for our company and for Blackpool.

We have been in Blackpool for 25 years and have a huge commitment to the town. We are all really excited to be moving to a more central location and what this means for our future.

Relocating to these purpose-built premises is a welcomed move for our company and is another step in a £30 million investment programme that will ensure Slater and Gordon offers the UK’s leading claims experience to our partners and our own customers. It opens up many potential opportunities for us to expand our business further. This is a great end to 2018, a year which has seen the business grow and retain a number of its key accounts”.

Slater Gordon Solutions Motor, which is part of the Slater and Gordon group, also recently scooped two prestigious Call North West Contact Centre awards for Customer Service Agent of the Year and Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year for the second year running.

David Whitmore, chief executive of Slater and Gordon, said: “Our Motor business, providing hire, repair management, rehabilitation and other expertise is central to the unrivalled range of services we offer to the thousands of customers following a road traffic accident.

“Relocating to new state of the art facilities will give us greater ability to cater for the growing demand for our award-winning services.”
