RSM sessions raise the roof second year running

Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM hosted a night of live music to bring the business community of Preston together and raise much-needed funds for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE).

Following of success of last year’s inaugural event, ‘RSM sessions’ held at the Roper Hall in Preston, saw five acts perform to a crowd of over 100 colleagues and peers. The event raised over £300 for the DofE and the line-up included musicians from RSM and local businesses, including Harrison Drury, NatWest and Bibby Financial.

RSM has sponsored the DofE for more than a decade and as a firm it actively supports the vital role the charity plays in shaping the success of future generations.

Kevin Duffy, RSM’s office managing partner in Preston, said: ‘It was great to bring the Lancashire business community together again for our second RSM sessions event. We welcomed a range of talented musicians from RSM and local businesses who bravely performed in front of their peers to raise much-needed funds for a great cause.

‘We’ve been overwhelmed by the support we received again this year – both to make the event happen and the level of donations. Thanks to everyone who supported us, and we hope to see you all again next year.’
