Leading Lancashire accountancy firm launches innovative Brexit risk analysis tool

One of Lancashire’s leading accountancy firms has launched an innovative Brexit risk analysis tool for the region’s businesses.

Preston-based Rotherham Taylor Limited has developed the tool to help businesses prepare for the future after Brexit, and to effectively manage any risks that this entails.

The online tool, which is available from the firm’s website at http://www.rtaccountants.co.uk/business-brexit/ asks businesses a range of questions about their operations, in order to prepare a Brexit risk report, which will be followed up by professionals from the firm.

Nick Smith, a Director at Rotherham Taylor Limited, said: “With the two year period until the UK leaves the EU now well underway, businesses need to act immediately to ensure they are able to manage any risks that come with Brexit.

“Whether they trade with other EU countries, employ EU nationals or are exposed to currency fluctuations, a wide range of businesses need to make sure they have plans in place for Brexit.

“That is why we have invested in devising this tool to help business owners and managers understand how different Brexit scenarios could affect them.

“I’d encourage all businesses to visit our website to use the tool and get a better idea of how they can prepare for Brexit.”
