Wembley Stadium will play host for this year’s National Customer Experience awards, with Phil Heaven, Regional Director at Shopper Anonymous, Lancashire proudly being one of the judges.
Taking place on Thursday 28 September 2017, the awards recognise the very best in customer service. Over 165 companies put themselves forward for awards, across the 28 categories of Customer Service Excellence.
Phil will be judging a shortlisted seven for the Customer Centric Culture award. The nominees will make a presentation to the judges, before the winner is announced at the evening’s black-tie dinner.
“I’m delighted to have been selected as a judge” said Phil. “Providing a consistent and high quality customer experience is now accepted as crucial to the growth of any business. Judging is a great way to catch up on the latest success stories from major companies and I can then bring that knowledge back to Lancashire, to support local firms.
“While Mystery Shopper services remains a key component of Shopper Anonymous, real time customer feedback is becoming increasingly available through technology.
“Companies are also paying increased attention to each step of their client journey, and journey mapping is a revealing exercise for many.
“During the judging process, I will be looking for the companies who have excelled in interpreting the feedback from customers and been able to improve their business performance as a result.”
Phil will be presenting the lessons he learnt at a seminar, hosted by Business Lancashire, later in the year.
