SQ Digital Continues to Sponsor Local Football Club for a Further Two Years

Digital Marketing Agency SQ Digital have renewed their sponsorship deal with Lancaster City following their promotion to the Evo-Stik Premier Division.

With the new season having kicked off, SQ Digital will continue to support The Dolly Blues for the next two years after sponsoring the local team last season.

They will have added three new advertising boards around the ground and continued to be the main sponsor on Lancaster’s away shirt for this season.

Vilayte Essa, CEO and Founder of SQ Digital said: “SQ Digital is proud to continue to support the club and as a company, we feel that is extremely important to stay actively involved with the local community.”

The renewed club sponsor has expanded on their previous sponsorship deal and installed a large advertisement board on the John Bagguley stand.

The stand, first built in 2011, is dedicated to the late John Bagguley, former Club President and leading figure in the local club’s development.

The board appears across the front of the stand and presents the digital marketing agency’s new logo following their rebrand from earlier this year.

Along with this, SQ Digital have also taken up a sponsorship deal that features two large banners on the outside of the Long Side Terrace, facing Lancaster train station.

Lawrence Looney, Director of Lancaster City, said: “We are delighted that SQ Digital have continued to support Lancaster City FC.

“SQ Digital are a great community company and having their brand around the club is fantastic for us.

“We are working to bring the club back into the community and looking forward to a great working partnership.”

After claiming the Evo-Stik First Division North League title last season and gaining well-deserved promotion, Lancaster City’s success is set to continue in the NPL’s top tier, Evo-Stick Premier Division.

Even with this huge achievement, it is great to see that the club continues to get sponsorship deals with local companies like SQ Digital.

Essa added: “Our company values the partnership with Lancaster City Football Club and the team spirit instilled in the local side is a quality that we also value highly here at SQ Digital. We wish the team all the best in the upcoming season.”

The Dolly Blues are undefeated in the league this year and currently sit 9th in the league table.
