CGA retain highest grading from HCA after In Depth Assesment

After completing an in depth assessment (IDA) the Housing and Communities
Agency awarded Community Gateway Association a rating of G1/V1. This rating is
the highest grading achievable and confirms that CGA benefit from robust
governance and are financially viable respectively.

Diane Bellinger, CGA’s Chief Executive, said “At a time where the social housing
sector faces many challenges, this is a fantastic result. Sound governance and
financial stability are essential in allowing us to do what we do in the community.”
This achievement of a G1/V1 status arrives at a time when CGA have also been
voted No.2 Social Housing Landlord in the UK in the 24Housing Magazine
competition.

CGA currently have 6161 properties in the Preston area and have recently expanded
into Clitheroe.
