Two women working with Blackpool based insolvency firm Adcroft Hilton have both been nominated for awards in the North West’s premier event for businesswomen.
Office and personal insolvency Manager Sheryl Armer, and Sonya Brannigan, the firm’s corporate insolvency manager, are both finalists in the financial services category of the Enterprise Vision Awards known as the EVAs.
The EVAs are open to business women from across the north west
The two women may be competing for the same award but are close friends as well as colleagues and say they’ll be delighted no matter who wins.
“It would be fantastic if the award comes to one of us at Adcroft Hilton as we are very proud of the service we provide” said Sheryl.
“We are here to help people with financial problems so whichever of us is successful is recognition for the staff ethos of being there for the client and guiding them through what is undoubtedly difficult times for them,” added Sonya.
Adcroft Hilton Director Rosalind Hilton said she was thrilled and immensely proud of Sheryl and Sonya, both of whom have returned from maternity leave in the past two years.
Staff from Adcroft Hilton have been nominated for EVA awards for the last four years, with Sheryl and Sonya having each been previously nominated twice.
The awards finalists are being assessed by the judging panel this week.
The successful winners will be announced at a black-tie awards dinner at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool at the end of September.
