Taylor Patterson’s Summer of Success!

Over the past few months, the team at Tylor Patterson have many reasons to celebrate following numerous staff achievements.

Sam Hawarden, Trainee Consultant, has successfully passed his final advanced diploma exam and has now achieved Chartered Financial Planner status.

In order to obtain the prestigious title, Sam was required to sit a series of exams and hold a minimum of five years relevant experience in the industry. The status is above the standard required by the Financial Conduct authority (FCA) for financial advisers to hold.

Sam said about his new title “I’m delighted with having achieved Chartered Status. As a trainee consultant having the “gold standard” ensures the highest quality of advice and service is delivered to my growing list of clients.

Speaking of Sam’s success, Gillian Bardin, managing director said “Chartered Status shows to our clients that they can be confident of the highest professional standards of service. Sam’s hard work is testament to his outstanding commitment to professionalism.”

Also celebrating exam success are James Halliwell and Jenny Peat. James, client relationship manager, who is just commencing his Financial Services professional exams has passed the first stage completing the Regulation and Ethics part of the diploma, whilst Jenny, associate consultant, who is working towards Chartered status has passed the Financial Planning Process exam.

In addition to our exam success the team are also strengthened with recent promotions within the SIPP and SSAS pensions’ team. Katrina North, who has worked for Taylor Patterson for the past 10 years has recently joined the Technical Team. Katrina joined the company from university and has developed her knowledge within the pensions markets and now specialises in Property transaction and Loanback work for our pension clients. Rachel McCarthy has been promoted to SIPP & SSAS Team Leader. Her role is to provide direction and support to our client relationship managers ensuring a high level of service is delivered to our clients. Rachel will be supported by Mark Brigden who has been promoted to SIPP & SSAS Deputy Team Leader.
