Petty’s extend their team of local experts!

A SALES Manager from Petty, the East Lancashire property experts, has been recognised by a national body for his customer service skills in helping people to relocate.

The accreditation was awarded by Relocation Agent Network and is achieved by completing a comprehensive training programme.

Reece Farrar has only worked at Petty Estate Agents since September and has already personally managed the three relocations that are required to qualify for the “Customer Service Accreditation” from the Relocation Agent Network.

“I’m really pleased to get my accreditation, as Petty are the area’s only selected Relocation Agent Network Local Experts and it’s an accolade we take very seriously,” said Reece.

“The Relocation Agent Network is owned by Cartus and they are very particular about agents they choose, describing them as ‘The best of the best’.

“The fact that Petty also boasts residential, petting and commercial divisions means we are uniquely placed to offer a broad overview of the east Lancashire property market, which is something that people value highly when they are relocating.

Ian Bythell, one of the Directors at Pettys, said: “The training Reece completed involved four stages, then he had to submit three property referrals that he had seen through to completion.

“Reece is one of nine members of staff at Petty’s who are accredited by the Relocation Agent Network. The network has 650 other independent offices across the country, which significantly strengthens Petty’s offer locally and nationally.

“We take staff development very seriously and Reece’s Relocation Agent Network accreditation is a great example of what can be achieved when staff are supported properly to improve their skill set. Of course, having a Relocation Agent Specialist in the team is also great for customers relocating into our area.”

Relocation Agent Network’s Managing Director, Richard Tucker said, “Selected by us as the best independent estate agent to represent the Network in Burnley and Pendle, Petty’s have proved themselves as the area’s Local Expert. So with the addition of another in-house Relocation Agent Specialist, they have gone one step further to provide relocating buyers and sellers with the very best customer service.”
