Take advantage of free training for your workforce

Alliance Learning is urging businesses across Lancashire to get in touch and find out if they are eligible to receive free training for their workforce through the ESF Skills Support for the Workforce project.

The project has been funded by the European Social Fund and £14million is available to businesses in Lancashire who want to improve the skills of their workforce and help ensure future business growth.

The fund is available for companies based in Lancashire with less than 250 employees and employees must be 16 years old or over. Funding is also available for employees who are at risk of redundancy or candidates who have been made redundant in the last 3 months.

Alliance Learning, one of the North West’s largest independent training providers, has direct access to the ESF fund and can provide businesses with a range of training options which include Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, Business & Professional, Health & Social Care, Childcare, Information, Advice and Guidance, First Aid and Health & Safety.

Jonathan Wetherby, Projects, Contracts and Quality Manager at Alliance Learning had the following comments:

“For anyone thinking about updating the skills of their workforce through relevant and high quality training and development, I would highly recommend contacting Alliance Learning as this funding is only available for a short period of time.”

If you are a business based in Lancashire and would like to find out more, then contact Alliance Learning on 01204 677811 or email [email protected]
