ZTL Contracting Extends Operations with New Midlands Office in Alfreton

ZTL Contracting, a leading UK company specialising in earthworks and ground improvement, has announced the opening of a new office in South Normanton, Alfreton. This latest expansion is a significant milestone in ZTL’s ongoing strategy to grow its operations and enhance its service offering across the Midlands. Establishing a presence in Alfreton allows the company to support a wider range of projects in this key region, strengthening its position within the UK construction industry. This move follows ZTL Contracting’s recent success in securing the VelociTees 2024 small business ‘Job Creation’ award, a testament to its ongoing contribution to economic development and job creation in the Teesside area.

ZTL Contracting is renowned for its extensive experience in delivering earthworks and ground remediation projects across the UK. Known for its commitment to quality and innovation, the company has earned a reputation as a trusted partner within the construction sector. The new office in Alfreton, centrally located in the Midlands, underscores ZTL Contracting’s commitment to enhancing its operational capacity. This expansion will enable the company to respond more effectively to the needs of its clients, both new and longstanding, within the region. The move is part of a wider strategy to tap into the opportunities presented by the logistics and infrastructure sectors. Additionally, this growth will bring tangible benefits to the local community, with the creation of 35 new jobs, reinforcing ZTL’s role as a key player in the local economy.

Wayne Morris, Managing Director of ZTL Contracting, expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s continued growth, stating, “The Midlands region represents a vibrant landscape of new opportunities and growth for our industry. By establishing our new office in Alfreton, we’re not just expanding our geographical footprint; we’re aligning with the heart of where development is most dynamic. This is an exciting time for ZTL as we delve into projects that not only challenge us but also enable us to contribute significantly to the region’s economic and infrastructural development. We’re here to build a better tomorrow, and the Midlands is a key part of that vision.”

As the company looks to the future, ZTL Contracting is committed to further expanding its project portfolio. With a continued emphasis on sustainability, quality, and innovation, the company is well-positioned to shape the future of the construction industry and support the development of the regions it serves.
