Inc & Co Buys Luxury Lingerie Company Studio Pia

Inc & Co Investment Group, a leader in retail innovations, has recently added to its portfolio by acquiring the ethical luxury lingerie brand Studio Pia. This move is part of Inc & Co’s broader strategy to delve deeper into the luxury retail market and enhance its global presence.

Launched in 2017 by Pia Harpur, Studio Pia has become renowned for its commitment to sustainable and cutting-edge design, backed by exceptional craftsmanship. Under the terms of the acquisition, Harpur will continue in her pivotal role at Studio Pia, guiding the brand into new markets alongside Inc & Co.

Jack Mason, CEO of Inc & Co, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition. “This acquisition marks a significant milestone for us as we expand our footprint in the retail sector. Studio Pia is a brand loved for its commitment to sustainability and luxury. We are excited to bring their products to a broader audience globally,” he stated. Mason also highlighted the synergies between the two companies, noting that Inc & Co’s commercial and finance teams would be working closely with Studio Pia, allowing Harpur’s team to concentrate on their craft of creating luxury lingerie.

Pia Harpur shared her optimistic outlook on the partnership, noting the potential for growth and expansion. “With Inc & Co’s expertise, we can open doors that were previously inaccessible, reach a wider audience, and create additional shopping experiences that our customers have desired,” Harpur explained. She further outlined the future initiatives including a brand refresh, a website relaunch, and a new collection set for release in Autumn/Winter 2024.

Inc & Co plans to extend Studio Pia’s reach through various channels such as wholesale opportunities, pop-up stores, concessions globally, and partnerships with premium third-party websites. This strategic expansion underscores Inc & Co’s commitment to fostering innovation and accessibility in the luxury lingerie market, offering customers unparalleled access to Studio Pia’s exceptional creations through new locations and a developed online presence.

With this acquisition, Inc & Co not only strengthens its position in the luxury retail market but also supports the growth of a brand that aligns with modern ethical and environmental values, promising a new chapter for both companies in the ever-evolving world of luxury retail.
