Get My Claim Uncovers More Compensation Opportunities for UK Drivers

Reports indicate that ‘millions’ of UK drivers could be owed thousands in compensation due to paying inflated prices for new cars. However, there’s more to the story.

Get My Claim has discovered numerous cases where finance providers failed to conduct proper eligibility checks, suggesting more drivers could claim refunds.

Charles Thompson, director at Get My Claim, stated: “The issue of ‘inflated prices’ is well documented, however, research suggests that a high number of motorists were sold a finance deal that they couldn’t actually afford meaning they too could be entitled compensation.”

“Our mission at Get My Claim is to ensure that every motorist receives fair treatment and we’re committed to helping drivers reclaim what’s rightfully theirs,” he added.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is examining if financing methods like hire purchase or personal contract purchase led to overcharged interest rates.

Visit Get My Claim to see if you are eligible for a refund.
