In a notable development, Book Technologies Inc. has acquired Leeds Taxi Group Limited and Manchester Taxi Group Limited. The companies’ founder, Cash Haleem, assures that both will continue their operations within Taxi Group Ltd. but will now fall under the ownership of Book Technologies Inc.

Spearheaded by Cash Haleem, Taxi Group Ltd., a prominent transport service provider, has integrated Leeds Taxi Group Limited and Manchester Taxi Group Limited into Book Technologies Inc.’s portfolio as of March 2024. This strategic alignment is geared towards propelling the company’s growth across the UK and internationally, with support from Book Technologies Inc.

Taxi Group Ltd. is in the process of extending its operations into various countries, including Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Turkey, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Africa, Singapore, and the Netherlands.
