Manchester-Based Alliance Investments Announces the Launch of Its Second Luxury Development Venture in Birmingham

Manchester-based property investment firm, Alliance Investments, has revealed its second Birmingham project, Neighbourhood Heights – conveniently located just a minutes from the city centre, in Edgbaston.

Manchester’s flourishing property investment company has introduced the first available apartments as part of its latest luxury Birmingham development. Neighbourhood Heights will involve the construction of 81 one- and two-bedroom apartments, and will begin in Q2 2023.

All apartments at Neighbourhood Heights will be available for sale through Alliance Investments from 24th April 2023, with properties available from £203,496.
