GSC Grays, the rural land and property specialists, is continuing its exciting expansion plans by opening two new offices in the North West as the latest stage of the company’s commitment to deliver outstanding services across the North of England.
The new offices in Kirkby Lonsdale and Penrith and are in response to customer demand and are designed to deliver a full service local agent that will showcase GSC Grays innovative business advice across different service sectors including land, farming and property management, planning and development, renewables and environmental management.
The expertise and experience offered by the North West team is considerable. Headed up by Sam Cole, a land agent with an upland specialism sees him well placed to meet the requirements of our clients in the region. Joining Sam is Holly Story who heads up the company’s Environment and Sustainability team. With an increasing demand for advice on eco-system services, Holly’s nationally recognised expertise will help the company advise on the opportunities being presented to all landowners but especially those in the uplands.
David Gray, Chairman, GSC Grays said: “These are exciting and challenging times. Our ambitious expansion plans are designed to deliver our expertise to an ever increasing number of clients. GSC Grays is all about offering a radically different and fresh approach and our new offices in Kirkby Lonsdale and Penrith continue this commitment.
“What sets GSC Grays apart is we have boots on the ground and our offices are staffed by experts who live and have knowledge of the local area and have strong understanding of the particular requirements of the regions they are serving.
“We now employ over 120 members of staff in 12 offices across the North of England, but we believe it is our local approach which adds real value and long lasting relationships as we continue to grow and expand our team of experts.”
GSC Grays are also able to offer farmers in the North West free and independent farm business advice through their Farm Business Advice Service (FBAS). This work is funded by DEFRA to support farmers and land managers during the early years of the Agricultural transition.
Farm businesses can receive free advice via a number of options including a one-to-one service (up to two and a half days of time), workshops, webinars and business group meetings providing follow on assistance.
