Award winning housebuilder Gleeson Homes invites Lancashire house-hunters to a special Open House Event on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th February 2023 at all of its Lancashire developments.
From 10am-5pm, members of the public are invited to explore Gleeson’s Lancashire developments and get an exclusive viewing of Gleeson’s 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes at its developments across Lancashire.
Would-be buyers will have the opportunity to view the show homes on each development during the weekend long event.
Four Gleeson developments across Lancashire will be participating in the event, including:
- Canal Walk consisting of 202 homes in Burnley,
- Holbeck Park made up of 133 homes in Burnley,
- Willows Park in Accrington which boasts stunning views of Pendle Hill,
- Spring Mill in Whitworth, next to the reservoir which recently launched its sales centre and show homes.
Gleeson is currently offering an up to 5% deposit contribution on selected homes across its developments in Greater Manchester.
Jennifer Brown, Divisional Sales Director at Gleeson (North West), commented:
“We are extremely excited about this event, allowing potential customers to view a range of beautiful Gleeson Homes and showcasing the underlying strength of our product.
We are offering a wide range of homes at the event: our furnished show homes are a great visual tool for customers, allowing them to see individual designs, layouts and specifications and providing insight as to what life would be like if they moved into a Gleeson home. Our almost built homes provide comfort around the quality of our homes through each stage of construction and allow customers to imagine how they would add their own style to a new home.
The benefits of moving into a new home are endless, one of the main reasons being lower energy bills, which can be up to 50% cheaper. We look forward to seeing as many Lancashire residents as possible over the weekend!”
