Lancashire’s women in business determined to build Burnley empty homes back into use!

HAD Property Group is an established female-led A-Z Property shop in Burnley since 2019. Providing Real Estate and Lettings service as well as specialising in architecture, planning and development.

HAD provide valuations for both residential and commercial properties and offer a unique tailored design and build scheme for HMO property investors in Burnley and surrounding areas.

Being members of Safe-agent, PRS and NRLA, which ensures clients are in safe hands.

There is over 650,000 empty residential properties in England. The estimate is that Burnley has approximately 1,832 empty properties. These vacant properties are vulnerable to break ins by squatters, vandals, drug dealers and arsonist. By bringing these empty homes back to use we can reduce homelessness, improve the standard of housing and contribute to a balanced housing market and community sustainability.

HAD Property Group is currently working on many homes across the area to bring them back to life and make use of them. Current projects are two houses on Thurston St Burnley, which included consultation, planning permission, building control and will include management in the future, the properties have been vacant for 25 years. The properties are currently under major make over from bare brick to beautiful homes for the local community.

Mal, commented on behalf of HAD Property Group.

‘’It has been a long but a successful progress on finally sorting these empty properties. Exciting and rewarding times ahead all thanks to our amazing company.’’

HAD Property Group is actively looking to work with home owners/landlords/investors to target these empty homes and work with them in a pro-active manner to bring them back into use.
