PROSPECT Homes welcomes senior sales executive Zoe Ball to support company growth plans.
The developer who is currently building in Longridge, Whalley and Burscough has a pipeline of 550 homes secured for future release and Zoe will assist head of sales Sam Williams in leading the sales executives to sell the homes and assist homebuyers.
Prior to starting in the new homes industry seven years ago, Zoe was a semi-professional dressage rider and says that was where she gained her passion for sales.
“A large part of the business was selling horses and I’m a firm believer in people buying from a person, rather than a company. Forming a rapport with customers and really understanding what they want is crucial. I’m very transparent and empathetic too and I think that’s one of the reasons why I’ve been so successful in sales,” said Zoe.
Zoe, 37, from Wigan, will be the point of contact for the team of sales executives and will also manage her own site in Burscough.
“I’ve joined Prospect Homes at an exciting time. We have launched our latest development, Mitton Grange, in Whalley and this is going to be a very popular site. We’ve already secured sales on our first releases and we’ve had several homes reserved under our early bird scheme, which means those customers will be first to buy the home once it is released for sale. We are selling brand new house styles at Mitton Grange that haven’t been built anywhere else, so I would urge house hunters to visit us and see the choice of homes we have available and to take a look around our show homes as soon as they are open,” added Zoe.
Zoe will also play a key role in preparing Bridgemere in Burscough to launch as well as a number of developments Prospect Homes has in the pipeline.
Mitton Grange is currently being sold from Athertons estate agents in Whalley. To find out more please email: [email protected] or call 01254 375 675.
