Gareth Lindsay, Managing Director of NLTG, said: “We are seeing some really fantastic opportunities coming through in lots of different fields of work.

“We’re really encouraging people to consider Apprenticeships as their next step in training and employment. They get paid, receive high quality training specific to their job and field of work, and it really suits some people to train while they’re working. Our employers tell us they really value their Apprentices and how keen they are to learn; and there are people in top jobs who started out as Apprentices.

The sky really is the limit once you’ve trained on an Apprenticeship.”

NLTG also offers Traineeships and Study Programme courses, with their pre-Apprenticeship programmes tailored to suit the needs of young people aged 16-18 who are not yet ready, or able to directly enter employment or an Apprenticeship.
