Guildhall Sales and Lettings bring Christmas cheer to local nurses

Preston-based sales and lettings agent Guildhall Sales and Lettings have brought Christmas cheer to NHS staff at the Rosemere Cancer Centre in Preston with a donation of 100 advent calendars.

The generous donation was made to the lung cancer and wider oncology teams at their base in the Royal Preston Hospital on Sharoe Green Lane.

The Rosemere Cancer Foundation supports world class cancer treatment throughout Lancashire and South Cumbria, providing the best possible care through funding cutting edge equipment, facilitating top quality training, backing local research projects and supporting innovative ways to take the fear out of cancer for patients.

Chris Dale, Head of Residential Sales at Guildhall Sales & Lettings, commented: “The work done by the Rosemere Cancer Foundation is inspiring and so crucial in our community. As a company we wanted to do a little something to bring smiles to their faces and it was lovely to meet some of their staff and learn more about the work they do.”

Daniel Hill, Head of the Rosemere Cancer Foundation, said: “Thank you so much to Guildhall Sales & Lettings for their generous gift of some advent calendars for all the staff, the lung team and the wider oncology teams. It will make a big difference and will really perk up their spirits over the next month or so.

“Times are tough everywhere for everybody, and our team are working very hard to support lots of patients, and it will be amazing if we can build a relationship going forward with Guildhall to support our wider services that we support through the Rosemere Cancer Foundation.”
