NEW HOMES DISCOUNT FOR NHS STAFF

NHS staff in Lancashire could save thousands of pounds off the price of a brand new home as a special thank you from Elan Homes.

Selected homes at Redwood Gardens on the Fylde peninsular are available with a 5% discount for NHS workers. To explain more about the offer, the homebuilder is hosting a special event this weekend (October 15/16).

Using the incentive could provide a healthy boost to health worker’s borrowing power, enabling them to move to a brand new home.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “NHS workers play a vital role in the community that cannot be overstated. They rose to the challenges of the pandemic and continue to do their utmost to deliver high levels of care to their patients. We want to thank them for their hard work and dedication by offering a 5% discount on selected new homes. It’s available to a whole host of NHS staff from doctors and nurses to those in admin or maintenance roles.”

Redwood Gardens, on Moss House Road, offers a choice of three and four-bedroom homes. Current prices range from £252,995 to £459,995, with the discount for NHS workers amounting to up to £23,000.

Buyers could find they’re able to save on their running costs as new homes are generally more energy efficient than their older equivalents, making them potentially cheaper to run.

Elan’s high standard specification includes energy efficient integrated top brand name kitchen appliances, boilers and heating systems.

Subject to build stage, buyers will be able to select from a range of options including the finish of the kitchen and the style of bathroom tiles.

The new homes at Redwood Gardens will enjoy a leafy setting, with landscaped areas, and there is a choice of local shops and amenities.

The Fylde coast is only minutes from the development by car, and the M55 is easily accessible, linking to the M6, and placing Blackpool and Preston, and beyond, within easy reach for commuters.

The NHS discount event at Redwood Gardens takes place this weekend (October 15 and 16).

The show home at the development is open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sundays and by appointment on Mondays and Thursdays.
