Studio LWD Celebrates 50% Growth

Branding and design agency Studio LWD is celebrating after achieving 50% growth in turnover in the last 12 months.

Established in 2012, Studio LWD is an eleven-strong multi-service branding agency working with clients across the UK from offices in Poulton-le-Fylde.

Founder and creative director Laura Weldon has experience working with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Virgin, Nike, Tesco, Aldi and the British Council, having cut her teeth working at Australia’s leading branding agency Hulsbosch, widely acknowledged as having pioneered the concept of combining brand design, strategy and product development.

Speaking about Studio LWD’s recent surge of growth she said: “Coming out of Covid, we just thought, let’s go for it. So we have invested heavily in the business, moving into our new offices and hiring two new full-time staff, while also investing in our own brand.

“Focussing on our own brand growth, we have invested as much as possible in marketing strategy, PR and content marketing to establish greater brand awareness and deeper brand understanding with our target audience of experienced marketing managers, marketing directors and managing directors.

“We’ve also increased the focus of our marketing on sectors where we have particular strengths nationally such as tech, pharma, business services and charities, while also looking locally to support growing Lancashire SMEs.

“Based on last year’s results, the investment has paid off and we’re aiming to further our growth in the coming years by continuing to demonstrate our passion for branding and how it can help transform organisational performance at all levels.”
