Blackpool Business Expo returns this November at the new Conference and Exhibition Centre.

Seven years since its launch, Blackpool’s biggest business networking event is set to make a splash when it returns bigger than ever this Autumn at a new state of the art venue.

Blackpool Business Expo, which is organised and run by Launch North West, will be held this Autumn in its new home, The Blackpool Conference and Exhibition Centre, on Wednesday, November 2, between 9.30am and 3pm.

The free event gives more than 60 entrepreneurs and businesses in the area the chance to showcase their work and make new connections.

Nichola Howard, who has been organising the event since 2015 said: “Blackpool Business Expo has been supporting the local economy since 2015 and we’re eager to get back to business this November. We promised this year’s event would be bigger than ever, and you can’t get much bigger than The Blackpool Conference and Exhibition Centre, a perfect venue for our new home.”

“Our 2022 event will be particularly important for business owners like us as we ride the waves of uncertainty together. The last two years have been tough, but there are lots of opportunities out there and Blackpool Business Expo will help you find them.”

“As a small family-run business ourselves we felt strongly that event needed to focus on networking opportunities, learning from those who have been there and done it with our line-up of industry-leading speakers, and growth opportunities through our learning ‘huddles’.”

One of this year’s sponsors is Blackpool based training and consultancy organisation RKMS, an organisation who have supported the event since the beginning.

RKMS owner John Keen said: ‘Blackpool Business Expo been greatly missed.’

‘It is the perfect opportunity for the local business community to get together and look at collaborating to keep, where possible, business expenditure within the local area.’

‘Contributing towards a more circular economy both reduces our environmental footprint and drives the economy forward, benefitting us all as business owners.’

‘Blackpool Expo also attracts people from outside the area, so it’s a real showcase what Blackpool businesses have to offer.’

‘RKMS is passionate about Blackpool, so it seemed only fit to sponsor the Expo to show our support.’

Another local organisation glad to see this annual business event returning is Blackpool Unlimited

Marketing & Office Manager Lesley Crowe said: ‘We think Blackpool businesses benefit from meeting the other businesses that attend Blackpool Expo, as well as from seeing the range of business services and support available. At Blackpool Unlimited we enjoy meeting new clients and old friends during the day.’

Nichola continues

“Blackpool Expo will provide the opportunities you’re looking for, spend the day with us, working on both you and your businesses and I can absolutely guarantee you’ll be glad you came.”

Blackpool Business Expo is open to businesses of all shapes and sizes with exhibitor and sponsor opportunities now available.
