FRESH PERSPECTIVE LAUNCHES THE ‘RECRUITMENT ACADEMY’

North-West based recruitment agency, Fresh Perspective Resourcing, is now lending a helping hand to businesses with the launch of its new Recruitment Academy.

Designed to plug the gap between businesses on the cusp of growth who can’t afford recruitment fees and those who can; the Recruitment Academy has one goal in mind, and that is to provide those businesses with the right tools and recruitment acumen to be able to take ownership of the process internally.
Laura Leyland, Managing Director of Fresh Perspective Resourcing said: “As an agency we are all about helping businesses, it’s what we do! It’s our ethos. However, we are very mindful that not everyone can afford our services as they grow; but could still actually really benefit from our knowledge so they don’t find themselves on the ferriss wheel of candidate selection we so often hear about.

“The Recruitment Academy will enable owners or senior managers to sign up to an online digital masterclass run over 8 weeks where we will share our top tips, advice, strategies and secrets to recruitment success in what we believe will be a godsend to those delegates at a fraction of the price you pay in recruitment fees. What’s more, the tips and content we deliver as part of the course can be used time after time in filling roles across all sectors and all potential positions so the return on investment will be invaluable.”

The inaugural course is set to launch for sales on 1st March with a start date of 4th April 2022 and will be hosted by MD, Laura and members of her team. Topics will include how to draft the right job spec to attract top calibre candidates; finding top talent, interview tips and techniques to draw the best out of candidates, effectively reviewing CV’s, inducting and retaining your team and ultimately how to create the right employer brand so candidates actively seek you out as their preferred employer.
The Recruitment Academy course will feature two videos per week and there will also be interactive sessions available for delegates to ask questions, present documents for feedback and also discuss their recruitment issues or barriers they face so the team can offer bespoke advice to each.

The course will cost £995 per person for the duration of the 8 week course but is being offered with a 50% reduction on the first cohort, at just £495. With a maximum of 20 delegates per course, there will be 6 courses delivered over the next 12 month period.

Laura added: “This is an exciting time for us as it really feels like we are giving something back to the small business community. We are keen to support, educate and guide businesses as they take their next steps towards growth and to find and retain that perfect candidate, so they feel buoyant about their future.”
