Preston based Blue Wren launch new website for Warburtons

Preston based, Blue Wren has designed and built a new website and integrated product and recipe database for Warburtons.
As the largest bakery brand in the UK, producing more than 2 million products every day, Warburtons required an updated customer-facing website that delivered an optimal user-experience as well as represented its core purpose to delight families every day.

To manage and present Warburtons’ 70 bakery products and 100 recipes, Blue Wren used its Flight software platform to a create bespoke product database that was then integrated with the website via API.
Jennie Bearman, Digital Strategy Manager at Warburtons said, “Blue Wren have helped us create a consumer website that both reflects our brilliant brand, showcases our products, as well as being easy for users to navigate while also being easy to update and flexible to meet our needs. We have worked closely with Blue Wren throughout the project and are delighted with the final site. “

Michael Lough, MD at Blue Wren added, “We were absolutely delighted to work with such an iconic brand. Although our businesses are hugely different in scale, we share the same core values, and it has been a dream to work with Warburtons. We are really happy with the end result. Integrating our software platform with a customer website means we can optimise the user experience as well as provide a valuable resource for the future.

“We’ve worked collaboratively with Warburtons every step of the way and are very much looking forward to building on a long-term partnership.”
