Chorley Group map out ‘motor-vation’ plans for staff

Motor business Chorley Group have announced they are closing – but just for a day! The regional car dealership has told their team that when national lockdown ends – hopefully on 21st June – they will be giving them all an extra day off to celebrate and spend time with their families.

Chorley Group currently operate nine franchises across the North West and employ 250 people.

Adam Turner Group Managing Director said: “The last twelve months have been tough on everyone and we know our teams have worked harder than ever to deliver great results and keep the wheels turning.

“The whole nation has endured some of the most challenging times – losing loved ones, feeling isolated, home schooling and managing stresses that have been new to us all.

“We wanted to give our fantastic team the opportunity to visit loved ones, have a drink with their friends and on the longest day of the year, after what feels like the longest year, celebrate a little.”

Chorley Group have said that should the date move for whatever reason they will of course honour their pledge.
