BROMLEYS EARNS PLAUDITS FOR THE SERVICE IT GIVES TO HOMEBUYERS

Bromleys Solicitors has again been recognised by the Law Society for the high standards of service its provides to homebuyers across Tameside and the north west.

The Ashton-under-Lyne firm has once again been certified as a member of the society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, an accreditation it has held continuously since 2012.

The scheme recognises firms which pass a rigorous annual assessment and are shown to provide an excellent service to clients during the process of buying a home.
Partner Paul Westwell, who heads Bromleys’ property department, said: “This is a great achievement for the residential property team and indeed the firm.
“We are proud of the personal service we provide, and are dedicated to delivering the very best service to all our clients.
“Having the CQS accreditation is testament to our high standards and provides assurance to our clients that we are independently recognised.

“Our team is busier than ever despite the initial slowdown in property transactions at the beginning of lockdown.

“We have seen a spike in new instructions as the latest reports from HM Revenue and Customs show that the housing market is on the move again, which is certainly encouraging.”
