A London-based healthcare business has chosen SQ Digital to design its first website and develop its online sales.
Rite-Flex turned to Lancaster’s SQ Digital, which specialises in marketing for SMEs, to help take its successful vitamins business in a different direction by focusing on a new collagen peptides product.
Rite-Flex co-founders and directors Eliçca de Vazirani and Tushar Vazirani said they were attracted by SQ Digital’s track record, its Google Partner status and its success in industry awards.
Eliçca said that building a website was complex and that SQ Digital’s emphasis on a parallel and carefully considered marketing strategy was important.
“Building a great website is an important part of the customer experience with a brand. It helps us provide value in terms of cutting-edge science, latest research and a tailor-made customer journey.”
London-based Rite-Flex has been established for five years and has a successful operation selling vitamins and food supplements on Amazon. It’s one of the biggest sellers for its products on Amazon in the United Kingdom, Italy, France and Spain. The Rite-Flex website focuses on its research-backed collagen peptides powder which is aimed at women aged 25 to 45 who have an interest in fitness, health and beauty.
Tushar said SQ Digital and Rite-Flex share a similar customer service ethos.
