Preston firm has an excellent first year of trading

FTF Solutions (known as Face to Face Solutions) has nearly completed an excellent first year of trading and its actively growing its UK wide sales organisation, with the vision to ultimately increase its employees by ten-fold.

Formed in August 2018, the Fulwood based specialist sales company, currently focuses on providing a service to SMEs in four key areas – merchant solutions and services, including finance; commercial energy management and improved LED lighting solutions.

Their operating model is to form partnerships with established, leading suppliers of their key services, such as Inspired Energy and Liberis and then use their sales and marketing expertise to provide their clients with excellent deals, which improve their clients’ bottom line benefits.

Commented Richard Shine, Managing Director, FTF Solutions: “At the moment, we operate in only four areas, but we aim to increase these services by 500% by the end of the summer, offering close to 20 compliance service solutions.

“As a result, we are actively recruiting throughout the whole of the UK to add to our exiting 71 commission led employees, with the target of 200 employees by end of December.

“We believe that we are an attractive organisation to work for, who give all our individuals quality on-the-job training, linked to active leads, resulting in everyone having significant opportunities to earn a large salary, whilst working from a home base, utilising the number of hours they choose. A very motivational and flexible work life balance.

“Our next phase is to increase the number of appointment setters, on-the-road sales operators and to invest in time saving technology. Our future is bright and we welcome a discussion with anyone who would like to join us on this journey.”
