Lucardo Rawtenstall celebrates its first year in business

Lucardo Rawtenstall is celebrating its first-year anniversary, during which the escape rooms attraction has experienced excellent growth and feedback.

Based in the heart of the town centre, Lucardo Rawtenstall has welcomed over 6000 players and 1500 teams, comprising everything from birthday parties, team building groups, enthusiasts and escape room newcomers.

During its short history, Lucardo Rawtenstall has been recognised as the number one ‘fun’ thing to do in Rawtenstall, on TripAdvisor. The business has also received a ‘High Recommendation’ award from Rossendale Council, as well as forming strong links with other local businesses, including The Fire Pit restaurant.

Simon Milnes, Co-Owner, Lucardo Rawtenstall, said: “Our first 12 months of business have been marvellous, especially since the local and wider community’s reaction and engagement has been overwhelmingly positive.

“Our approval rating amongst the business community has been particularly encouraging, since organisations are using our engaging and unique experience as a medium for team building exercises.

“As a result of the ever growing demand for our escape rooms, we’ve recently invested £15,000 in anew escape room, which will be ready in August, Known as the Safe House, the escape room will be a prequel to the popular game, Corruption, guiding players through the interrogation of a police informant, before a dramatic twist takes place.”
