Forward Thinking helps businesses reach new heights

Burnley-based, Forward Thinking, is helping businesses in the North West reach their goals, with a unique new coaching program.

Established by the former managing director of Lanway, Andrew Henderson, Forward Thinking offers business leaders from micro level and upwards, the chance to get really clear on their business & personal goals, and to create a unique visual “map” to achieve them.

Andrew, one of the latest members of the fantastic Burnley FC Business Hub utilises workshops, with numerous businesses and ‘live’ sessions, with boards of directors, coupled with online courses, to help guide business leaders to success through his Success GPS coaching program.

Forward Thinking has already helped more than 20 businesses in sectors such as professional services, digital marketing, textiles, insurance and vehicle leasing, since launching in January this year.

In addition to coaching business leaders, Andrew is also leading by example, since he is preparing to climb Mount Kilimanjaro later this year, with other business leaders, in aid of the Honey Rose Foundation.

The Honey Rose Foundation is the only UK charity to grant wishes to those over 40, with cancer and other life threatening illnesses.

Andrew, said: “We work with business leaders, on both a commercial and psychological level, since a business leader’s personal ambitions are just as important as their business ambitions, they are intertwined.

“Our six-step process, based on tailored workshops and online courses, helps business leaders set the right goals for the right reasons, create a step by step plan for achieving them, and ultimately helps them grow their business as if they are on autopilot!

“Our next workshop will be on 5th of June in Altham and I encourage business leaders looking for clarity and guidance on reaching their personal and business goals to attend.”
