A luxury student living development in Preston has been shortlisted as a finalist in multiple categories at two of the property industry’s most prestigious awards events.
The £15m Canterbury Hall, developed by Fraser Morgan, includes 191 spacious apartments and features a cinema room, gymnasium, and roof terrace.
Built by Warden Construction and designed by David Cox Architects, it has been nominated for Best High-Volume Housing Development, Best Inclusive Building, Best Educational Building and Best Large Commercial Project at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2019.
The development is also a finalist in the ‘Design Through Innovation’ category at the at the RICS Awards 2019.
