CoolKit helps Ballinlough Refrigeration improvs efficiency by 30%

The Irish distributor of CoolKit’s insulated lining kits are hoping to improve their efficiency by 30% following a renewal of their technical training.

Dublin-based Ballinlough Refrigeration Ltd, who are a Thermo King dealer have been the sole distributor of CoolKit’s insulated lining kits in Ireland for over 12 years, with orders exceeding 500 units to date.

Six members of their team recently visited CoolKit’s headquarters in Burnley, Lancashire, to learn more about the manufacturing advancements, innovations and the technologies currently being used by CoolKit’s engineers to install the insulated lining kits, resulting in refrigerated conversions which have won numerous awards in recent years.

Michael Carroll, Ballinlough Sales Representative, said: “Our engineers have found that the product is easy to install, but we knew that CoolKit’s engineers had made some impressive advancements in recent years, especially when it comes to fitting the kits, and we wanted to learn first-hand from the professionals how to better our own refrigerated conversions.

“The visit has been beneficial and educational. We are now up to speed with CoolKit’s technical advancements and we can return to Ireland armed with a 30% efficiency improvement. Our engineers can start to put the theory into practice, and we can make sure that our Irish customers are receiving the high-quality standards CoolKit’s customers have become accustomed to.”

Cameron Javed, Fleet Sales Director at CoolKit, added “Keeping our distributors up to date with our advancements is paramount to ensure the integrity and quality of the refrigerated conversions are maintained. We have a long-standing relationship with Ballinlough Refrigeration and by working with them we have been able to offer our refrigerated conversions in Ireland.

The technical training, we have provided will allow Ballinlough Refrigeration to produce high quality conversions faster, so their customers can benefit from a quicker lead time.”
