Fat Media appointed to work with the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association UK

One of the UK’s leading digital marketing agencies has been brought in to support the work of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association UK (CPA UK).

Lancaster-based Fat Media fought off stiff competition from several high profile agencies to win the prestigious contract with the organisation.

John French, Managing Director at Fat Media, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for the agency working with the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association UK.

“It was certainly different having to pitch in the Houses of Parliament. It isn’t something I or any of my colleagues had done before but we embraced it and we were delighted to win the contract.”

Following the win, Fat Media were tasked with improving the overall user experience on the website.

The team redeveloped the CPA UK site, improving features like event registration and creating engaging tools on the site, such as an interactive map.

John said: “We’re all really pleased with the results we have produced. The event registration process in particular has been a positive change for both delegates and organisers.”

Matthew Salik, Deputy Head of International Partnerships at CPA UK, commented: “It was a pleasure working with Fat Media and I am very pleased with the finished product.’’’
