Lord Lieutenant of Lancashire visits Kukri Sports

The Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire, Lord Shuttleworth, has visited Bamber Bridge based Kukri Sports to discuss the outfitter’s successful partnership with Team England at the recent 2018 Commonwealth Games.

As part of this partnership, Kukri Sports provided over 700 Team England athletes with kits for the Games, which was a major logistical achievement.

Lord Shuttleworth was taken on a tour of the Kukri Sports head office by Emma How, Project Manager for Team England and Katy Allen, Account Manager. During the tour, Lord Shuttleworth also met with Product Designer, Haley Harrison, learning about how Team England’s kits are produced.

Lord Shuttleworth ended his visit with a gift from Kukri Sports CEO Andrew Ronnie, who presented the Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire with a specially framed Team England shirt.
