Pennine Wealth Solutions and Positive Pennine are both officially a ‘Good Egg’!

Pennine Wealth Solutions and Positive Pennine have been awarded the Good With Money, Good Egg mark.

Good With Money is the UK’s first responsible finance website, whose mission is to show it is possible to achieve financial goals that have values and profit with principles. They champion the products and providers that make this possible.  Their website provides consumers with lots of information about sustainable financial products available, helping make more informed choices about how their money is being invested.

Becky O’Connor, co-founder of Good With Money, said: “The Good Egg Mark is designed to give people a way to identify those providers that voluntarily do more than their fair share for the environment and society, as well as customers. What we do with our money is a vote for the world we want to live in, so entrusting it to providers that share our values is an important part of looking after this world. We are delighted that Pennine Wealth Solutions received a mark and look forward to seeing how it grows and develops the Positive Pennine Portfolios”.

Pennine Wealth Solutions is a robust, time-proven investment solution for Financial Advisers and their clients. In August 2016 Pennine Wealth Solutions launched their new groundbreaking range of sustainable investment solutions called Positive Pennine, which have been designed to enable investors to make a positive contribution to future generations through their investments.

Over the past 18 months, they have been working hard to educate Financial Advisers about the benefits and opportunities of positive investing and how research has shown that this is what the consumer is now looking for. In October 2015, a YouGov survey found that 54% of Britons with investments wanted their pensions and savings to have some positive impact, and 32% of all adults wanted a fossil free option for their savings and investments.

George Critchley Senior Partner said “I am delighted to have achieved the Good Egg mark, being able to provide investment solutions that avoid harm, do good and make money has been a passion of mine and the team at Pennine Wealth Solutions. Having this mark will reassure Financial Advisers of the lengths we have gone to provide positive investments solutions for their clients”.
