Banks Lyon becomes official stockist of prestigious brand

Banks Lyon Jewellers have announced that they will be the official stockists for the North West, of IWC Schaffhausen at their flagship Lancaster store.

The exciting announcement will see the luxury jewellers stock the largest collection of IWC watches in the North West of England.

Owner of Banks Lyon Jewellers, Rodney Banks Lyon, expressed his excitement for the arrival of the classic Swiss brand into the Lancaster store.

He said: “We will be carrying one of the biggest selections of IWC in the North West, which we are very excited about.

“One of my favourites from the collection would have to be the Pilot watch, as this is a famous, iconic piece for the IWC range which was originally designed as a watch for pilots in WWII.

“The aviation inspired watch has been introduced by IWC to help celebrate their 150th anniversary this year.”

Banks Lyon were approached by the brand last year and invited to become official stockists for the North West of England.

The pieces stocked by Banks Lyon were selected during a recent visit to Geneva while attending the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie event (SIHH).

Marketing Director at Banks Lyon Jewellers, Maxine Banks Lyon, is delighted for the exciting arrival of IWC and felt honoured to have been selected to exclusively stock their classic collections.

She said: “We are so thrilled to be entrusted as the official retailer of this beautiful brand and their fantastic range of watches.

“The IWC collections are going to be a great addition to our already extensive and exclusive watch brands, which include the likes of Omega, Cartier and Breitling amongst others.”

The official launch date for the exclusive IWC collections instore and online is 11th April.
