Lance Mason achieves Investors in People Gold

Lance Mason Solicitors has achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management. The Blackburn company also received a Health & Wellbeing award in recognition of its efforts in supporting employees’ physical, psychological and social wellbeing.

Specialising in personal injury and business law, Lance Mason employs 110 staff across three offices in Blackburn.  Part of the GM Group, the company will shortly be moving to the group’s brand new premises just off the M65 near Shadsworth.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage peopleeffectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

Gold is one of the highest levels of Investors in People accreditation that can be achieved.
