Create Construction Ltd secures £36m The Weavers, Norton Street project

National Construction SME of the year, Create Construction, has been awarded a £36M student accommodation project, at The Weavers, Norton Street, Liverpool. The scheme, on behalf of Niveda, includes the construction of a 220,000sq ft development across 3 blocks of 8, 11 and 15 storeys. The building will house 748 beds and include social areas, gym, laundry and ground floor retail units.

The Weavers, Norton Street scheme is situated within the Knowledge Quarter of the Islington district of Liverpool, conveniently located 400 metres from the Liverpool John Moores University, University of Liverpool campus, the Royal University Hospital and Liverpool’s City Centre.
